Step 1: Use BigSpy to search for Ads

Use similar settings for the search results to find only Dropshipping products. Then look for Ads with good engagement 


Step 2: Avoid Ads with bad engagement

This Ad has very low engagement and most likely isn´t worth testing. Also don´t look for Ads which have only been running for a few days


Step 3: Find an Ad with good engagement

This is a good example of a potential winning Ad. 
Now we are going to analyze the Ad further.


Step 4: Copy the Competitor into the Facebook Ad library

Make Sure to find the same exact competitor and search for "All Ads"
Then just click on the name of the competitor


Step 5: Analyze the competitors Ads

Again, filter for "All Ads" and "All countries" 
As you can see, the competitor is running 140 Ads at the moment, which is a good sign!


Step 6: Look for older Ads from the competitor

Make sure to find Ads which have been running for at least 1 month. Now we can see, that this Ad is getting the store owner sales, because he wouldn´t run so many Ads for over a month.


Step 7: Download these Browser extensions

We are going to use "Pexgle" more often, but "Commerce inspector" is helpful too.
Both extensions are free to download


Step 8: Visit your competitors website to analyze it more

We can see, that Pexgle is showing us almost 6k visitors in August 2020
Keep in mind, that Pexgle is only showing us statistics which are a few months old and the numbers are not 100% exact. This will just get you a rough overview


Step 9: Analyze the Product on Aliexpress

Right here we can see that this product has over 3k orders. Make sure to look for products with at least 5k orders with all suppliers combined. 
So this Product matches our criteria, since it has over 5k orders with all Aliexpress suppliers combined.


Step 10: Analyze the Aliexpress Orders with Pexgle

We can see, that the orders are pretty low right now, which means it isn´t in high demand on Aliexpress. 
Follow the next step to see if this product is really in low demand


Step 11: Analyze the global demand with Google trends

If we search for "led", we can see it is still in demand!

Also similar search results increased.

The Term "led projector" is also increasing in google trends. 

All the Analyzes give us the confirmation to test the product.  

Rinse and repeat all these steps to find your winning product
